Juventus still has a debt to Cristiano Ronaldo.
According to La Gazzetta dello Sport, the Portuguese had a secret agreement with the club, which investigators recently discovered. As part of this deal, Juve still has not paid the forward 19. 9 million euros. They promised payment even if Cristiano left.
We are talking about an agreement that Juve concluded with some football players during the Covid period. They agreed to a salary reduction in order to unofficially receive money over time.
Let us remember that in the summer of 2018, Ronaldo signed a 3-year contract with Juventus for 31 million euros per year. In August 2021, the Portuguese left the Turin club.
Earlier, it was reported that the Bianconeri entered into a private agreement with the forward, signing a document according to which Juve was obliged to pay the Portuguese about 20 million euros even if he left for Manchester United. This amount was not included in the club`s financial statements.
